I cooked dinner! AND... it was good!

What did I make, you ask? I whipped up a cajun catfish filet, some potatoes and steamed some broccoli.

Yeah, I wasn't joking around... I really DID make dinner! And the best part is that it's all cleaned up, and if I want to eat it again on Tuesday night (I have an event on Monday night), I CAN! ;)
