Who's Lame?
I went home for the weekend, and had a great time. The balance between family time and friend time was perfect. My mom and I did wedding stuff on Friday before Cathy picked me up for the first part of the reunion that evening. On Saturday, I went to deliver food for Seniors with my parents, then went to lunch with my PBB's. Alyssa and I hung out for a bit after that, and then headed up to The Woodlands for the actual reunion. It was great to see people... but most of the people who were there were people I had seen. I was kinda embarrassed for my class... but you know what? I take it back. The school was nice enough to plan an event for us, and we showed up... and we had fun... and I learned how to play Texas Hold'em! :) I feel badly that more kids from my class didn't show up, but I had a great time, and I am thankful that I got to spend time with my good girlfriends from high school. I can count the times on two hands when all of us have been together since high school... so it was great that this occasion brought us together.

Out of the 10-ish of us:
- 4 are married
- 1 engaged
- 1 with kids
- 2 pregnant
- 5 live in Texas
- 1 in California
- 1 in New York
- 1 in Mass

... we've been pretty busy, and no matter how far apart we might live, and how long it is between visits, e-mails or conversations, we are connected; and I love that we will always be a part of each other's lives.
