Stress...
If you do something enough times, you come to believe it true.
When your life becomes so stress-laden that you don't remember it being any other way, high-stress and tons of craziness in all areas, it's easy to lose sight of the fact that everyone doesn't run around like a chicken with her head cut off at all times. And then the stress begins to make you sick, both physically and mentally. And you know that it's time.

And then you make changes...
And you take back your life...
And you begin to remember...
And it becomes a little easier to breathe...
And you feel lighter and happier and, just good!

I knew for a while before I did anything that I needed to make changes. But making too many changes in too many aspects of life is not always a healthy or realistic to maintain. So I've been making little changes. And all of those little changes have had such positve results...

It feels good to get back to a "me" that I'm comfortable with. I'm not all the way there -- I'm a work in progress for sure.
