Mmmm... Bagels
It's the little things that get you.
Like, how the coffee-truck guy, who I've only been going to for a week or so, already remembers my order. And since I don't always get a bagel with my large-hot-tea-with-milk order, he will pause, smile, and say, "And?" Yesterday, I didn't get to his cart until almost 10, and he was like, "You're running late today, no?" It was cute.

It's so small... but makes me smaile. It's one of those little reminders that in this huge city, where there are so many millions of people running around every day, that someone, even someone you don't know, remembers you...

So, as I sit here eating my breakfast and checking my e-mail, I raise my teacup to the Coffee-Truck Guy. This one's for you! :)
