The Blizard of 2005
Click here for photos of last night's festivities!

So much fun with friends last night! It took me forever to get home, but it was not that big of a deal. I feel like the subway, despite the crazies, was the safest way to get home. It was later than I usually take the subway by myself, but taking a cab would have been really scary, and really expensive. So... I asked the girls to drop me off at the F-train stop on their way back to the Plaza. I think that I got home at about 3 or so. I'm not sure. I was exhausted... and totally sleeping the entire way home. Thankfully, I was safe and sound, and I didn't sleep past my stop.

So the snow has stopped. The sun is out, and people are outside walking around... playing in the snow. We played in the snow for a little bit while trying to dig out the car. It wasn't fun. Well, it was sorta fun... but only because we didn't really HAVE to dig the car out. We could just get the bulk of the snow off the roof and go back inside for some warmth.

I'm making Witherspoon Chili for dinner tonight. Mmmm... so excited. That reminds me, I need to get working on my recipe blog. Perhaps now that I have more time on my hands, I might be able to put it together.

And one last, sad mention for this post, R.I.P Johnny Carson. Hopefully you'll keep 'em laughin' in heaven
